The Not the - Bwaise Fellowship is a loose network of people who have an interest in Outspan School, who would like to meet up no more that twice a year to keep updated on what is going on at the school, and talk to like minded people.

Membership of the Not the – Bwaise Fellowship is open to anyone with an interest in the well being of Outspan School both from within Scouting and beyond.

Currently the plans are to make sure that everyone is kept regularly informed of what is going on, provide support and information to those who intend to visit Uganda, and as stated meet formally no more that twice a year.  There is a £5 yearly membership fee to cover administration costs.

At the inaugral meeting in December 2007 there was an update presentation from Keith Shackleton following his recent visit to Uganda showing the developments at Outspan. The constitution for the Not the –  Bwaise Fellowship was formally adopted.
